  Gail M. Conner, Esquire will start serving on the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection AQTAC as the CAC representative starting January 2009.

• Gail M. Conner, Esquire was re-appointed to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) in February 2008 by Governor Ed Rendell to serve a second term.  Ms. Gail Conner serves on the following CAC committees:

• Air Committee

• Public Participation & Outreach Committee

• Water Committee

• Integrated Projects Committee

• Environmental Quality Board  (Alternate)

• Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Mercury Rulemaking Work Group
