For more than 17 years, G&C Environmental Services, Inc. (G&C) has provided state-of-the-art environmental engineering, assessment, and industrial hygiene services to government and industrial clients.  G&C has provided these services at numerous federal, commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States.  G&C’s comprehensive and cost-effective approach to environmental engineering and industrial hygiene have resulted in an ever-expanding clientele.  Starting out in 1988 with the initial contract from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the alma mater of the President of G&C, our firm has expanded, working nationally, to resolve environmental issues for our clients.

 

G&C is a woman-owned, minority owned, small disadvantaged business, (SDB) located in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, just minutes from Philadelphia.  Our team of certified professionals has demonstrated experience

        Asbestos and Lead-based Paint Professional Environmental Services

In an effort to control the impact of asbestos and lead-based paint, G&C offers an array of industrial hygiene services that demystify the asbestos and lead-based paint dilemma and assists our clients to proceed with their business.  G&C’s expertise and regulatory knowledge in this industry are unparalleled.  Our professionals have developed and implemented state-wide asbestos regulations and programs. 

        Most property transactions require the buyer and/or seller to evaluate the potential liability associated with     
        past or present activities on a property.  An Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) require a multidisciplinary
        approach to identify  environmental conditions, either historic or current.  G&C, an experienced environmental
        management firm, can readily identify these conditions and their associated environmental and financial  
         liability. 
       
        G&C understands that the ESA is critical to property transactions and that expediency and accuracy are
        paramount.  G&C assists our clients in understanding the past and present environmental conditions of a
        property therefore allowing our clients to make informed decisions before the transaction takes place.

        G&C is an approved Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) training provider for jurisdictions
